Louis F. Fabre, MD, PhD — Chairman of the Board. A board certified licensed physician who has been involved in clinical research relating to psychiatric drugs. He has been involved in the clinical development of more then 17 psychiatric drugs approved in the US and was involved in pivotal studies for Prozac, Zoloft, Xanax, Halcion, Paxil, Wellbutron, Effexor and Zyprexa. He received a PhD in physiology at Case Western Reserve and obtained his MD at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his psychiatric residency at Baylor Affiliated Hospitals in Houston Texas
 
Stephen J. Kramer, MD — Chief Executive Officer. A board certified licensed physician who practiced in-patient, out-patient, and forensic psychiatry. He was clinical instructor in the department of psychiatry, both at the Baylor College of Medicine and The University of Texas Health Science Center. He received a BS in pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, an MD from the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency in psychiatry at Montefiore Hospital.

Edward H. Koehler, Jr., MS, MBA — Executive VP Licensing and Business Development and acting CFO. Prior to joining the company he was founder and principal of GulfStar Group, a boutique investment firm. Prior to GulfStar he headed the Houston Investment Banking offices of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Merrill Lynch. He has focused his activities over his career on assisting technology and life science companies. He received a BS and MS in electrical engineering from Rice University and an MBA in marketing and finance from Harvard Business School.
